At the core of transformation is how we perceive how systems are designed on all levels inner and outer; tangible and intangible. Essential to this is what we believe and understand at the core of knowing, being, and doing. On cross-cultural contexts, our approach is looking at shared consciousness at the core of culture influencing how systems are shaped.
Consciousness
Co-Creativity
The capacity to co-create is humanity's highest nature. If we created destruction through war or ecological degradation, then we can co-create peace and ecological balance. Through creativity we can re-envision and manifest a new and evolved way.
Sustainability
All systems are connected, so we design them that way. From conception to manifestation, all ideas and actions are connected to be self-sustaining on inter-dependently.

Social Innovation
What has already been done before? Guided by this question, we work with already existing initiatives to support and enhance them through partnerships and collaborations. Our design is consultative and inclusive - involving all stakeholders in designing plans and actions.
Our initiatives are inspired by how the earth works and design systems drawn from it. We are inspired by indigenous knowledge, systems, and practices (IKSPs), permaculture design principles, and ecological systems thinking to ensure that all interior and exterior levels of self, community, and the earth are integrated.
Through social innovation we look into the more effective, efficient, and sustainable solutions using appropriate simple, innovative, and zero/low carbon technologies relevant to the context of the community's existing resources.
How do we move from being Survivors to Thrivers? As Green Releaf evolves, we are faced with this question. To guide us, we identified key principles as inspiration.
